Transfer of ownership SSD FRES Guinee Bissau

On May 21st 2025 Foundation Rural Energy Services (FRES) signed a share transfer agreement with ONG FRES Guinea Bissau to transfer with immediate effect its full (100%) share holding in SSD FRES Guinea Bissau to ONG FRES Guinea Bissau. ONG FRES Guinea Bissau is a local not for profit entity with the objective to ensure the long term interest of SSD FRES Guinea Bissau, its management and staff, customers and other stakeholders.
