Transfer of ownership FRES Yeelen Kura (Mali)

On Februari 19th, 2026, Foundation Rural Energy Services (FRES) signed a share transfer agreement with YEELEN BARA, an Economic Interest Grouping (GIE) for the provision of rural solar energy and drinking water in Mali, to transfer with immediate effect is full (100%) share holding in SSD-FRES MALI YEELEN KURA SA to YEELEN BARA. The agreement was formally registered on April 3rd, 2026. YEELEN BARA is a local nor for profit entity with the objective to ensure the long term interest of SSD-FRES MALI YEELEN KURA SA, its management and staff, customers and other stakeholders.
