Tapping into field staff expertise to improve customer service

One of FRES’ strengths is its field staff. Being in daily contact with our customers, they are our best source of information on demands, needs and struggles of our customers in rural areas.

On 7 July 2021, FRES Guiné-Bissau’s full field staff gathered in Gabú for a workshop to tap into that knowledge and discuss how our to improve our customer services and update our portfolio to meet the changing energy needs of rural households and businesses.
